Diego Office: From the North: 5 South to 805. Exit at Balboa East. Go
East about one mile. Pass over Hwy 163. Left on Kearny Villa Rd. U-turn
at first stop light. Right into Landmark Centre. Go to back building.
From the South: Hwy 163 North. Exit at Balboa *West*. Right at stop
light. Go one half block. Right into Landmark Centre. Go to back
building.
Solana Beach Office: From the North: 5
South to Lomas Santa Fe Drive exit. Go Left (East) under freeway one
block. Turn Right into Lomas Santa Fe Plaza (entrance near Ross store).
Go past the Ross store to the back building (second floor, above Postal
Annex). From the South: 5 North to Lomas Santa Fe Drive exit. Go Right
one half block. Turn Right into Lomas Santa Fe Plaza (entrance near
Ross store). Go past the Ross store to the back building (second floor,
above Postal Annex). Please note: Unfortunately, there is no elevator
at either location, and each office is on the second floor. Please let
us know if this will present a problem in getting to the office.
Do

Yes.
We request full payment at the time of the visit unless you make
special arrangements with Dr. Gardner.

Yes,
if you are an established patient in Dr. Gardner's practice. Please use
secure messaging (HIPPA compliant) through Dr. Gardner's website for
routine requests. You will receive a response within one business day.
For urgent matter or cancellations, please call 858 560 5609.
Also, You may be charged for the time Dr. Gardner
spends on email communication with you, just as he charges for time on
the phone or in the office.
